THE TRADITIONAL OWNERS OF THE KIMBERLEY and their representatives are proposing the introduction of a Visitor Pass/permit/fee for all guests accessing traditional lands when cruising the Kimberley Coast. If a Visitor Pass/permit/fee of this nature is introduced prior to the commencement of your cruise then in that event the cruise cost will increase by the amount of the fee. This fee may be introduced after your final payment in which case you may be charged onboard.

You are strongly recommended to have adequate travel insurance for your trip. Such insurance should include adequate cover for all cancellation charges and unlimited medical expenses.
Note that ambulance cover is not available in remote areas of north-west Australia and is not available for a medical evacuation from a vessel in either international or Australian coastal waters.
